Oxygen (O2), nitrogen (N2) and argon (Ar) are of great importance in the metalworking industry. Oxygen is mainly used for oxyacetylene welding, flame cutting and laser cutting as well as for melting processes. Nitrogen is used in bright annealing processes and in liquid form in shrinking technologies. Argon is mainly used as an inert gas during welding, but also in metal melting technology.
The use of carbon dioxide in welding technology is very widespread. CO2 mixed gases are also becoming increasingly important here. In addition to the carbon dioxide cleaning and liquefaction plants, the scope of supply also includes gas mixing plants and filling plants.
