Nikkiso Cryotec was founded in 1995 at the site of the former MAFA-Wurzen and has been part of the EPC Group since 2009. The location has a unique network of manufacturing companies in the areas of metalworking and machine construction, which have successfully developed in these areas with their years of experience and tradition. Nikkiso Cryotec too offers high-performance plants with German reliability at competitive prices.
The modern workshop in Wurzen has 2.000 m² production area and 5.000 m² storage area, with a 25T ceiling crane. The production is carried out by experienced personnel, most of whom are trained in-house. Our welders have all necessary certifications for the processing of stainless steel and carbon steel. Complete cold boxes, process skids or containerized modules are assembled and tested at Nikkiso Cryotec in Wurzen. For larger projects Nikkiso Cryotec has access to a number of qualified local subcontractors with whom our long-term cooperation guarantees the best quality. Thus short delivery times can be guaranteed and kept. Our skilled professionals also take part in the installation and assembly of the systems at the customer's site and therefore have the best understanding of their individual requirements. Suggestions for improvement and lessons learnt are implemented in ongoing projects.

The interdisciplinary mode of operation of process engineering and production guarantees a fast and uncomplicated implementation of customer requirements.
Process engineering design We develop process engineering solutions tailored specifically to our customers, even for complex problems. For this purpose we have an efficient, innovative process department, so that even for special cases an optimal system configuration with the best possible price-performance ratio is possible. Optimum plant configuration and process design We offer standardized type solutions as well as individually manufactured plants. Our process engineers ensure that your CRYOTEC plant achieves optimum performance even under the most adverse environmental conditions. Computer simulation / 3D model already available prior to constructionOur customers thus have the opportunity to identify the structural classification of the solution in the overall complex before delivery of the plant. By using the latest CAD software, a 3D perspective of your CRYOTEC plant simulated on the computer is created even before construction begins. Structural and infrastructural measures are also planned in advance in this way.
